We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Service without notice or liability to SILPASTORE, for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of this agreement. Upon termination of this agreement or your access to the Service for any reason, you will continue to be bound by the terms of this agreement which, by their nature, should survive termination, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all intellectual property rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of SILPASTORE and its licensors. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in this agreement shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such intellectual property rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works from any materials or content accessible on the service. Use of the SILPASTORE content or materials on the Service for any purpose not expressly permitted by this agreement is strictly prohibited.
