This painting was inspired by the artist’s favorite English idiom, “Just the tip of the iceberg”. We can only see a part of the iceberg that is above water. Submerged below the surface is the gigantic mass far larger than what is visible. This painting symbolizes her ‘secret’ – a part of her that other people perceive is small, but it is significant to her. What people know about her is just a little part. It is intended to convey the concept that “what you see from the exterior is frequently a different story from the inside.”

It aims to revolutionise the human experience. It balances a rational vision of life with one that asserts the power of the unconscious and dreams.
