Description

Meditation Inspiring

Meditation essentially sparks the cultivation of awareness. It allows some space into your day to focus all of your energy inwards on yourself.

“I dream frequently and even looked for the meaning of the recurring dreams and found that those dreams relate to frustration or embarrassment. I wondered if it was possible that while we were asleep, something inside us, such as our souls or our thoughts, become our dreams. It is fascinating how we live in two different worlds — the awake world and the sleeping world,” said Tongjit Torsuwan.

We probably cannot control our dreams, yet every element in the dream is connected to us. Isolation is about meditation. A woman closes her eyes and maintains her serenity but does not sleep. Tongjit decided to work on the theme of meditation because during meditation, people have to isolate themselves and close their eyes which is similar to sleep. When she meditates, her mind is empty and she feels the world disappears. She believes that it serves as a pathway to another dimension – a place where imagination and suppressed emotions are set free, a place where no social framework exists, and a place where our souls embark on a journey.

It aims to revolutionise the human experience. It balances a rational vision of life with one that asserts the power of the unconscious and dreams. The movement’s artists find magic and strange beauty in the unexpected and the uncanny, the disregarded and the unconventional.
