Will the artwork include the artist’s signature?

Mostly all the artworks will be signed by the artists. However, if a signature is not displayed on the image of an artwork online, it is most likely that the artist has signed the work on the back or beneath the piece.

If you have a special request regarding a specific piece, please contact help@silpastore.com prior to your purchase to ensure that the artist is amenable to any changes or additions to their artwork, we can reach out to clarify with the artist directly for details. 

Will my artwork arrive ready to hang?

As we are global and have so many artists offering many different types of works, we are often reaching out to our artists to confirm specific descriptions and make inquiries on packaging details.

How will my artwork be shipped?

Ships in a cardboard box
This item will ship flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box. We work with our artists every step of the way to ensure artworks are shipped according to our very high standards. Expect your artwork to arrive with plenty of support packaged in to make its journey as safe as possible as it travels from the artist’s studio to your home.

Ships in a crate
This item will ship in a wooden crate. Large artworks are shipped in a very sturdy crate that is built for shipping art all around the world. The crate will contain packaging materials that meet our strict guidelines to keep it firmly in place during its journey, and will be tightly sealed together.

Ships in a tube
This item will arrive rolled in a dent-resistant tube.This method is especially safe for oversized works, and provides lower shipping costs as well. Rolled works can be easily stretched (for canvas works, i.e. placed onto wooden stretcher bars) and/or framed by a local framer upon arrival. Upon immediate delivery, we highly recommend you send any works on paper directly to your framer for cautious, professional unrolling of the artwork.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Original artworks and limited products usually arrive within eleven (11) to fourteen (14) business days from time of order, depending on the origin and destination of the artwork as well as the time it takes to clear customs if the work is shipped internationally.

From time of shipping, the artwork will usually arrive at the buyer’s destination between seven (7) to ten (10) business days, barring any delays due to customs clearance.

I’m Having Trouble Paying By Credit Card/PayPal. What Do I Do?

Credit Card Issues
If your credit card is being declined during purchase, please try our troubleshooting tips below. If you still experience problems, we advise that you contact your bank or credit card provider and ask for their assistance.

Double-check the information you entered during checkout:
Did your billing address change recently?
Did you enter the correct CVV code?
Did you get a new card with a new expiration date?

About the CVV Code
If using a credit card to purchase a work, you will be asked for the CVV code (i.e. Card Verification Value code). On most credit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards), the CVV is a three-digit number printed to the right of the signature space on the back of the card. On American Express cards, it is the four-digit code located on the front of the card.

Review your bank’s fraud-alert policies.
Your bank may flag any suspicious activity on your account which may include first-time orders or high-value purchases (regardless of the card’s available funds)—especially those made online. Your bank may require you to contact them and authorize the purchase before allowing you to complete the transaction.

Review your bank’s daily withdrawal limit.
Most banks have limits on how much you can charge on your card in a single day. If you reach this limit, your bank may block your account from any further activity for the day regardless of available funds in the account.

PayPal Issues
PayPal has various security measures in place to protect their users from fraudulent activity. For this reason, PayPal may occasionally prohibit a buyer from submitting payment. If you’re experiencing issues using your PayPal account, please contact PayPal directly for assistance, or visit their website for troubleshooting information.

Orders and Returns

Can I cancel my order?

Customers can cancel their purchases until the purchase is shipped, and if it is being delivered, it will be processed according to the return procedure, not the cancellation.

Your cancellation request will be processed as follows:
Waiting for delivery after payment is completed : Cancellation process completed immediately unless there is a special reason for receiving the cancellation application.
Status of delivery request : In principle, cancellation should be completed immediately, but if the work has already been shipped, the return shipping cost of the shipped work will be borne by the customer.

Refund based on cancellation
Card Payment : Cancel payment as soon as the cancellation procedure is completed
Cash Payment : Refund to Cash Balance within 7 working days from the date of completion of the cancellation procedure

Can I get a refund?

Customers may request a return within 7 days of the completion of the delivery date of the work, and if the customer requests a return or change within this period, SILPA STORE will return or exchange it at the request of the customer. However, except if the product is damaged due to reasons attributable to the customer, if the value of the product is significantly reduced due to use or consumption, if the packaging of the copyable product is damaged, if there is explicit notice of restrictions on return or exchange on product detail, if the return is restricted by other laws. Nevertheless, if the product is different from the display or advertising content, customers can request a return or change.

Here are a few examples of not as described cases and SILPA STORE has sole discretion to confirm whether to apply the below criteria based on the photo or video checked with the customer when the product is shipped.
Product received is a different color, model, or size.
Product has a different design or material.
Producer failed to disclose that an item is damaged or is missing parts.
Received the incorrect quantity of items.

The returned products that are damaged or dirtied by the customer shall not be accepted, nor refunded, SILPA STORE reserves the right to decide at its sole discretion.In the case of products that cannot be withdrawn, we specify the notice on the detail page of the work and specify the packaging or other places where the consumer can easily understand
